Wellspring Honey and Home
Local Raw Ontario Honey
Local Raw Ontario Honey
Our wildflower honey is sourced locally within Simcoe County, Ontario, including honey from our own hives in Tiny and other local beekeepers. Available in 500g or 1kg jars, it’s perfect for everyday use in tea, baking, or drizzling over your favourite foods.
A taste of the changing seasons: our local honey can carry different flavour profiles throughout the year, including notes of dandelion and apple in spring and goldenrod in late summer. Flavour varies from harvest to harvest, making each jar a little different.
Our honey is unpasteurized and slightly filtered to remove debris and bee parts. We sometimes gently warm honey to infuse flavours and maintain consistency, but never to pasteurization temperatures. Choosing our honey supports local beekeeping in Simcoe County.
Honey naturally crystallizes over time. To soften it, place the jar in a bowl of warm water and let it gently warm.

We love Kelly’s honey! The regular honey, wildflower honey, cinnamon, lavender and vanilla honeys are all faves. The gift packages are also a win for teachers and coaches!
